Los Angeles-based painter and fashion designer Todd Magill has created these three serial works based on hardcover books.
"On the one hand there are certain similarities between almost all books, the white or off-white of the paper and the black of the ink, but from there, each book's unique personality starts to show up, differences start to occur. The most obvious of which being the color of the book itself. This is the starting point of divergence.“
